Main cabin heat is an imported Finnish Tulikivi masonry heater with electric heating coils to take the overage from the hydro.  Fireplace.  Propane heater.  Many antiques accumulated by the four owners over 100 years old.  Historical provenance, photos of the building process and hand carved totem-pole 24″ carved by the previous owner (nice!).

Miscellaneous equipment:  Essentially everything goes except one rowboat of my choosing (there are about 10 boats–wooden restored antiques); 26′ catamaran built by Munson with twin 150 Yamahas (400 hrs); 2021 Toyota Tundra (about 12K miles) included.  7’4″ Concert grand piano (Kawai).
